📋 Description

• Assist with overall financial operations and financial processes, including billing, collections, analysis, and client services • Work closely with the Finance Manager to maintain accurate financial records and procedures • Serve as primary or backup for cash deposit functions, including manual and electronic deposits of cash and checks • Maintain internal controls for handling cash and checks prior to deposit • Perform journal entry uploads, keying, and posting for the general ledger • Check and verify posting reports for accurate general ledger postings • Organize and file journal entries • Update claims recovery procedures • Assist with basic financial accounting and processing of check requests • Work with third-party CPAs on annual audits for ACTY clients • Prepare and file quarterly financials with the DMHC • Reconcile monthly capitation payments received by ACTY clients • Work with health plans to ensure monthly capitation is received for all eligible members • Complete special projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related major preferred or comparable experience • 2-5 years of finance support experience • 1-2 years of healthcare finance experience preferred • QuickBooks experience required • Excellent written and verbal skills • Ability to work in an extremely confidential environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills
