📋 Description

• Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients • Support client onboarding for assigned client engagements according to defined processes • Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable management • Prepare bookkeeping entries and close the books monthly • Prepare financial reporting and analysis • Collaborate with managers and Associates through timely and effective communication • Manage day-to-day client relationships within established processes and budget parameters • Identify and recommend additional services or tools to increase client value and efficiency • Discover and implement software • Manage and document internal workflows • Provide guidance to clients • Participate in recurring team and one-on-one video check-in meetings • Apply coaching and feedback to meet team and client goals

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly book closing, financial reporting, and analysis • 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite • Experience in a multi-client environment highly preferred • Capacity and commitment to work during business hours (8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST) • Experience managing day-to-day client relationships within established processes and budget parameters • Passion for delighting clients and helping businesses succeed • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality while working with client data • Confidence in learning and embracing new technology to solve client issues • Ability to accept coaching and feedback and implement changes as needed
