📋 Description

• Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients • Support client onboarding for assigned engagements • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes • Perform bookkeeping entries and close the books monthly • Prepare financial reporting and analysis • Collaborate with managers and Associates through timely and effective communication • Manage day-to-day client relationships within established processes and budget parameters • Identify and recommend additional services or tools to increase client value and efficiency • Participate in recurring team and one-on-one video check-in meetings • Learn and adopt new technology to solve client issues • Accept coaching and feedback and implement changes to meet team and client goals

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience • 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite • Capacity and commitment to work during business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST) • Experience managing day-to-day client relationships within established processes and budget parameters • Passion for delighting clients and helping businesses succeed • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality while working with client data
