📋 Description

• Review and understand complex processes and documentation across multiple systems for client contingent labor programs • Partner with functional and technical subject matter experts to design and update training presentations for multiple personas • Develop and update training collateral and reference materials based on client documentation and project discussions • Facilitate training sessions for client sponsors on complex system processes • Participate in complex enterprise analysis sessions to design future-state business processes based on customer needs • Partner with subject matter experts to develop alternative technical or business solutions • Assist with process documentation for future-state programs and change management activities • Assist with testing activities as required • Implement, design, test, and deploy contingent labor acquisition and engagement solutions • Provide leadership and holistic solutions for cross-functional business groups and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with process mapping and process improvement activities • Experience working with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and meet project deliverables • Thorough understanding of end-to-end Contingent Workforce processes, including successful operational strategy and execution • Strong knowledge and experience of the Fieldglass VMS system • Experience leading client discussions and driving project teams to decision consensus • Intermediate knowledge of all AGS VMS partner platforms and advanced knowledge of at least one • Intermediate knowledge of process mapping tools such as Lucid and Visio • Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Project and project management tools • Strong knowledge of additional VMS platforms • 2–4 years of experience in facilitation and/or training • 4+ years of industry experience within a client program or MSP • 2–4 years of VMS experience • 4+ years of implementation or project experience preferred • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • Authorization to work in the United States and completion of Form I-9 verification
