📋 Description

• Manage customer security questionnaires, vendor due diligence, vendor security assessments, DDQs, and AI vendor assessments from intake through completion • Coordinate responses to SIG / SIG Lite and CAIQ assessments • Partner with Security, IT, Legal, Product, Engineering, and subject-matter experts to gather and validate information • Manage review workflows, track deadlines, resolve blockers, and communicate progress and outstanding actions • Maintain a centralized content library and knowledge base covering security, privacy, data protection, and AI topics • Keep response information accurate, current, consistent, and reusable; escalate matters requiring expert review or approval • Coordinate and facilitate live customer discussions with security, IT, procurement, and other stakeholders • Prepare internal experts, organize agendas, document decisions, and drive follow-up actions to resolution • Identify opportunities to streamline reviews, improve documentation, standardize responses, and use AI-enabled tools and automation • Support RFx requests, RFPs, proposals, and other customer information requests by coordinating internal inputs and delivering complete, timely responses

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience coordinating or managing customer security questionnaires, vendor due diligence, or proposal and RFP responses, ideally at a B2B SaaS or technology company • Practical understanding of SaaS security concepts, including data protection, access controls, encryption, incident response, business continuity, and third-party risk • Interest in building knowledge of AI security, privacy, and governance considerations • Strong organizational and project coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests, competing priorities, detailed follow-ups, and firm deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to develop clear, accurate responses and facilitate customer conversations involving technical subject matter • Collaborative, proactive approach to cross-functional work and relationship-building with subject-matter experts • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment when handling sensitive information and validating customer-facing statements • Experience maintaining documentation, knowledge bases, content libraries, templates, or repeatable workflows • Interest in using automation and AI tools to improve efficiency • Familiarity with Loopio, Responsive (formerly RFPIO), SiftHub, Whistic, SafeBase, SAP Ariba, ServiceNow, Archer, and OneTrust is a plus • Familiarity with SIG / SIG Lite, CAIQ, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST is beneficial • Experience with AI vendor assessments and customer questions about security, privacy, data protection, and AI governance is valuable • Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, or similar structured customer response processes is a plus
