📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute donor and organizational events across all Alliance Family Services regions • Coordinate Stories of Hope events, galas, Walks for Life, donor gatherings, and internal events • Collaborate with Regional Directors and/or CEOs to establish event direction, goals, and expectations • Coordinate venues, vendors, materials, timelines, and event flow • Ensure events are executed with excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail • Oversee event-day setup, run of show, and teardown • Maintain an organizational event calendar based on regional planning • Track event timelines, vendor contracts, and event budgets • Ensure event data, including registrations, attendance, and results, is accurate and shared with the Donor Relations Manager • Attend staff meetings, trainings, and events as requested • Participate in annual evaluation and goal-setting processes • Partner with the Donor Relations Manager on guest lists, invitations, and pre- and post-event donor communication • Create a warm and welcoming donor experience • Provide event details, photos, and content for donor communications and social media • Recruit, organize, and manage event volunteers • Provide direction and oversight to event volunteers

🎯 Requirements

• A committed Christian, active in a local church, demonstrating a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior • Firm commitment to the belief that abortion is murder • Agreement to uphold Alliance Family Services' Statement of Principle, Statement of Faith, Commitment of Care, and policies • Ability to interact tactfully, professionally, and effectively with donors, staff, vendors, volunteers, and the public while maintaining confidentiality • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple events, projects, and deadlines effectively • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to follow direction and execute responsibilities consistently and professionally • Event coordination experience required • Experience managing vendors, venues, and event budgets preferred • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel between regions as event schedules require • Proficiency in standard office and communication tools
