📋 Description

• Respond to and follow up with incoming party and group leads • Reach out to wedding planners, bridal businesses, venues, event professionals, and wedding-related companies • Prospect local businesses and organizations for corporate team-building opportunities • Build relationships with potential referral partners • Follow up consistently with interested groups • Answer questions and help potential clients choose the right experience • Coordinate with the DivaDance team to get events officially booked • Track leads, follow-ups, and opportunities • Generate new party and group bookings • Book bachelorette and bachelor parties, birthday and celebration parties, corporate team-building events, girls’ trips and group getaways, kids’ and teens’ birthday parties, private group dance experiences, and business and community events

🎯 Requirements

• Confident and comfortable talking to strangers • Love making phone calls and starting conversations • Not afraid to ask for the sale • Persistent with follow-up without being pushy • Strong communication and organizational skills • Comfortable reaching out to businesses and potential referral partners • Able to work independently and manage own leads • Genuinely excited about creating fun experiences for people • Sales, event planning, hospitality, wedding industry, or business development experience is a plus, but not required
