📋 Description

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hospitals and corporate team members • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues • Support users via phone, email, remote support tools, and ticketing systems • Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution • Manage and support Microsoft 365 users and services • Provision and deprovision user accounts and manage Microsoft licenses • Support Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune • Assist with security and compliance administration, password resets, multifactor authentication, and identity management • Configure, deploy, and support laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices • Maintain endpoint security, compliance standards, device inventory, and asset information • Support Windows and macOS environments, software deployments, and operating system updates • Troubleshoot network connectivity and support firewalls, network switches, wireless access points, internet connectivity, and VPN connections • Work with MSP partners and vendors to resolve infrastructure issues • Support technology used in veterinary hospitals, including printers, label printers, credit card terminals, digital imaging systems, X-ray equipment, practice management systems, clinical workstations, and telephony solutions • Coordinate vendor support activities and track vendor cases through resolution • Assist with software installations, upgrades, and system integrations • Assist with technology deployments, upgrades, hardware refresh initiatives, newly acquired hospital onboarding, infrastructure projects, and cybersecurity improvement projects • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base resources • Report to the IT Operations Manager and collaborate with MSP partners, hospital teams, and software vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 1–3 years of professional IT support, help desk, systems administration, or technical support experience • Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments • Experience supporting Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Intune • Experience supporting Windows workstations and laptops • Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wireless networking, and VPN connectivity • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Willingness to travel when required • Preferred: technology-related bachelor's degree • Preferred: veterinary, healthcare, medical, dental, or multi-site retail support experience • Preferred: macOS, mobile device management platforms, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, ConnectWise, ServiceNow, and NinjaOne • Preferred: imaging equipment or specialized medical device support experience • Preferred: MSP or co-managed IT environment experience • Preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
