• Source, Develop, maintain, and manage new client & prospect relationships for assigned geography • Complete sales cycle (discovery-presentation-close) & product knowledge of Sage Intacct Construction and related 3rd party products • Works closely with leadership to ensure alignment and territory success • Attainment of Company Activity Plan Monthly sales and activity quota • Develop construction market IQ for assigned geography • Identify Industry influencers and CPAs • Nurture lead & prospect opportunities • Use of Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Outreach and phone system.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems. • Ability to thrive in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding client base. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field. • Minimum 4+ years of experience in ERP sales. • Experience with ERP, Construction Technology, Sage 100/300 or Sage Intacct preferred. • Experience with Salesforce preferred. • Experience with standard office software, including Office 365, OneNote, Salesforce, Outreach • Ability to travel as needed
