📋 Description

• Receive and develop new business leads from Producers, or identify and develop cross-sell opportunities • Manage renewal business and solicit additional lines of coverage • Evaluate assigned client coverage portfolios to implement cross-selling opportunities • Service accounts and provide claims support as needed • Analyze exposure bases to identify program deficiencies and develop marketing strategies • Complete applications, obtain quotes, negotiate premiums and commissions, and prepare proposals and presentations • Bind coverage, identify deficiencies, and determine appropriate levels of coverage • Meet with clients as needed or as directed by the Producer • Review accounting history, respond to accounting inquiries, correct discrepancies, and contact clients regarding receivable collections • Serve as technical expert and assist department members in resolving complex issues • Handle fee collection and reconcile and resolve outstanding balances within 90 days of invoicing • Comply with agency management system data standards and maintain complete and accurate information • Direct the work of a service team • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Eight (8) or more years of Private Client/High Net-Worth insurance servicing experience required • Valid insurance license • Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of a wide array of private client customizable coverages • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Good problem-solving and time management skills • Good planning, organizational, and prioritization skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to build trust and de-escalate concerns • Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork • Ability to maintain confidentiality
