📋 Description

• Own senior-level client and agency partner relationships beyond day-to-day operations • Maintain executive- and senior-level relationships to support client retention • Identify additional opportunities with existing clients • Assess and manage risk associated with clients and agency partners • Meet client and EVERSANA INTOUCH goals for account financial health, targets, and objectives • Lead coordination and development of integrated marketing plans internally and with external agency partners • Provide thought leadership within EVERSANA INTOUCH and the industry • Bring new services to clients and communicate the depth of EVERSANA INTOUCH’s offerings • Model inclusive behaviors and proactively manage bias • Deliver excellent business results through team efforts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 12 to 15 years of agency, consultative, pharmaceutical and/or healthcare experience • Thought leader for integrated and digital marketing and communications • Ability to independently manage major clients and brands • Demonstrated P&L targets met through existing and expansion business opportunities • Proven leadership and mentoring skills • Experience leading cross-functional project teams • Experience negotiating and executing agreements • Creative thinking and analytical skills • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions • Applied understanding of technical development and processes • Demonstrated problem-solving skills • Ability to determine staffing needs within account and extended teams • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, Journalism or Communications • Demonstrated written, presentation and verbal communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Willingness and ability to travel
