📋 Description
• Responsible for delivering benefit billing administration services to clients. • Calculates premiums for health care, disability, life insurance and other benefit plans. • Processes client premium payments. • Performs client premium account and benefits database review and reconciliation. • Prepares monthly and other eligibility reports for distribution. • Issues notification of qualifying events and processes COBRA elections. • Assists in setup of new billing clients. • Provides support as immediate backup to Benefit Advocates. • Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business, with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting • One (1) or more years of experience in benefits administration or accounting • Proven experience maintaining high level of accuracy while working with complex benefit administration or accounting details
