📋 Description

• Provide project support to the Carrier Relations team and maintain the SharePoint database • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion • Support review and administration of the carrier requests workflow on SharePoint • Process new market requests on AlliantNet, review requests for completeness and accuracy, and assign markets to the appropriate Managing Director • Route approved new markets for departmental approvals and Helpdesk/AMS setup • Oversee and maintain the Carrier Approval Directory • Assist with M&A book review and company vetting by researching A.M. Best ratings, verifying approved Alliant markets, and executing Epic company lookups • Facilitate contract reviews among Business, Carrier Relations, and Legal teams • Process and track contract redlines and finalize mutually agreed changes for execution • Build, coordinate, and rebrand SharePoint datasheets for Carrier Relations needs and acquired companies or Leveraged Hires • Maintain Producer Code tracking for new and existing office locations • Maintain Carrier Relations procedures documentation and provide workflow improvement insights • Use Epic to identify appropriate Producer/Account Manager contacts and verify active Alliant markets and existing codes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Two (2) or more years of related work experience • One (1) or more years of experience using SharePoint • Proficient in Microsoft Office products; intermediate in Excel, Word, and SharePoint • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving, planning, organizational, and prioritization skills • Advanced research skills • Exceptional ability to work within a team • Exceptional ability to multitask on multiple high-priority projects • Ability to be flexible, resourceful, and adaptive in an evolving organization • Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines
