📋 Description

• Evaluate how client organizations currently operate and provide recommendations for improvement • Analyze organizational structures and business processes • Interview managers and staff to identify developmental needs • Contribute to programs, processes, and interventions aligned with client business goals • Participate in or lead client engagements • Create and maintain client relationships and accountability • Create, track, and maintain project plans and ensure deliverables and deadlines are met • Assess business structures, procedures, and processes • Provide information supporting executive and senior-manager business decisions • Design and implement developmental action plans and training programs • Interview personnel and perform skills assessments • Facilitate business optimization through individual or group training sessions • Recommend department restructures to optimize efficiency • Identify interdepartmental cooperation opportunities and promote cross-functionality • Evaluate the impact of development initiatives on employee performance and retention • Document processes and prepare progress reports • Maintain complete and accurate agency management system data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience • Master's Degree in industrial-organizational psychology, organizational development, or similar • Two (2) or more years of experience as an organizational consultant in a related industry • One (1) or more years of experience leading and training teams and managing a portfolio of clients • Extensive experience in skills development and capacity-building initiatives • Proficiency in office and business administration software • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills • Leadership and collaboration abilities • Organizational Change Management • Organizational Development • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Compliance with agency management system data standards and data-integrity requirements
