Alkami Technology is a digital banking software company that provides a cloud-based Digital Sales & Service Platform for banks and credit unions. Its platform combines onboarding and account opening (via MANTL), digital banking, and data & marketing solutions to enable anticipatory, data-driven customer experiences, faster account origination, fraud protection, payment reporting, and personalized marketing. Alkami serves financial institutions (retail and business customers) and offers integrations, developer tools, and implementation support to drive deposit growth, reduce churn, and improve operational efficiency.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, delivery, and execution of Alkami’s software products • Implement a complex enterprise banking software solution • Meet with clients in-person and virtually to define solution dependencies and transform business practices • Identify technical challenges and provide recommendations for improvement • Conduct application demonstration and discovery sessions to refine business and technical software requirements • Raise project, business, and technical issues and participate in their resolution • Work with third-party vendors to resolve integration and design issues • Collaborate with Development, Configuration, and PM resources on complex technical integrations • Provide technical support for system upgrades and troubleshooting • Share knowledge and provide technical leadership to team members • Audit client environments and oversee product and solution launches • Create and manage documentation and toolsets for organizational scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical background and experience • 3+ years of customer-facing client interaction skills and experience • 3+ years of experience working with banking core systems such as FIS (IBS/Horizon), Fiserv (Precision/Premier), or Jack Henry (Silverlake) • Ability to travel up to 20% • Financial services software development and design experience preferred • Core and third-party integration experience preferred, especially Silverlake (CIF 2020) and Symitar • Working knowledge of SQL Server, Microsoft C#, and ASP.NET helpful • General knowledge of Internet routing and related protocols • General knowledge of firewall operations as they relate to Internet connectivity • Experience designing or implementing scalable and highly available systems • Experience in commercial banking, treasury, payments, or cash management • Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment • Employment sponsorship is not available
