📋 Description

• Build and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations for Idira technology • Conduct proof-of-concept evaluations with prospective customers • Position Idira’s value and differentiators to secure technical wins • Act as technical expert and trusted advisor for machine identity security solutions during sales cycles • Partner with Account Executives to articulate solution value to technical and business stakeholders • Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, challenges, and security goals • Translate customer requirements into solution architecture and deployment strategies • Collaborate with product management and R&D to influence product direction and resolve customer issues • Stay current on DevOps tools, CI/CD, Agentic AI frameworks, and best practices • Assist marketing efforts to generate pipeline and increase leads • Deliver technical workshops, webinars, and training sessions • Travel as needed for customer meetings, conferences, and on-site workshops

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or solutions engineering role, ideally in cybersecurity and/or DevOps tooling • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Jenkins • Understanding of SSL/TLS, SSH, PKI, and HSM security technologies • Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, or autonomous AI workflows • Development experience with Python, Go, Java, or Node.js • Scripting knowledge using PowerShell or Bash • Ability to work with REST APIs • Familiarity with AI orchestration, prompt engineering, or integrating AI agents into development lifecycles • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Experience managing and executing detailed technical responses for RFIs and RFPs • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into business value propositions • Preferred: experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and secrets management systems • Preferred: operational experience with PKI deployment and lifecycle management • Preferred: experience with IAM, PAM, or secrets management solutions • Preferred: knowledge of Zero Trust security models and security compliance frameworks • Preferred: experience securing or deploying autonomous AI agents • Relevant certifications are a plus, including Kubernetes, AWS, CyberArk Guardian, or CyberArk Defender • K8s certifications such as CKA or CKS and/or cloud architect certifications are preferred • Must not require immigration sponsorship; the posting states that work visas will not be sponsored
