📋 Description

• Develop and lead a continuous improvement program incorporating key business strategies and process improvement standards • Strategize, plan, and lead large-scale, complex projects to deliver best-in-class service to internal and external stakeholders • Analyze operational projects, internal business processes, day-to-day operation frameworks, and client deliverables to identify workflow improvements and develop project scopes and objectives • Evaluate and monitor methodologies, provide innovative solutions, and adjust workflows to meet stakeholder needs • Evaluate, source, and implement tools and resources to enhance client experience and improve workflow • Partner with IT and business operations teams to execute project activities according to requirements, specifications, schedules, and budgets • Partner with senior management to develop and execute business unit strategies • Track project performance and analyze completion of short- and long-term goals • Conduct post-mortem project evaluations, identify improvement areas, and incorporate process enhancements • Collaborate with all organizational levels and communicate with key stakeholders • Foster a culture of continuous process improvement • Motivate and mentor staff, provide training and feedback, and create a collaborative environment • Monitor external industry activities to ensure compliance within processes and services • Maintain complete and accurate agency management system data in accordance with data standards • Perform other assigned duties in compliance with company policies and applicable laws

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Seven (7) or more years related work experience • Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for renewal • Lean/Six-Sigma Belt(s) strongly • Portfolio Management Professional (PMP) • Proficient in Microsoft Office products • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time management skills • Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills • Ability to collaborate well with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to lead a team and foster teamwork
