📋 Description

• Implement new projects in the Claims Distribution and Repricing Department • Coordinate projects and ensure delivery of project deliverables on time • Lead project initiation, timelines, meetings, and ongoing communications with internal and external stakeholders • Work with department leadership to understand current operations and procedures • Gather information on departmental processes to identify workflow and SOP improvements • Suggest ways to optimize systems, procedures, and processes • Serve as the primary point of contact for project implementation • Communicate project-related updates internally and externally • Provide guidance on optimizing systems, procedures, and processes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required • Previous experience managing large amounts of data and understanding how to process it • Strong analytical skills to improve workflows and SOPs • Experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Excel required • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of databases and software systems • Ability to collect and analyze complex data • Strong spreadsheet skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Effective oral and written communication skills • Strong business acumen
