📋 Description

• Own Allium's security roadmap, prioritize material risks, and implement controls with clear owners • Report security progress, unresolved exposure, and decisions requiring leadership judgment • Establish security standards for AI agent identities, tool permissions, credentials, isolation, data access, and logging • Evaluate coding assistants, model gateways, and integrations for prompt injection, tool misuse, and unintended actions • Own employee IT and workforce security across devices, identities, cloud environments, and critical SaaS applications • Build onboarding and offboarding processes, track exceptions, assign remediation owners, and define IT support delivery • Strengthen cloud, software, credential, privileged-access, secure-development, CI/CD, and software supply-chain controls • Build coordinated detection, response, containment, credential-revocation, and recovery programs • Monitor internet-facing services, assess active threats and exploitation, and coordinate mitigations • Coordinate audits, customer security reviews, vendor assessments, and technical evidence • Select and manage security and IT tools and providers, automate recurring work, and help build the team • Use AI to improve security and IT work with appropriate safeguards and validation

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 6+ years of relevant security engineering, infrastructure security, or corporate security experience • Experience independently owning meaningful security improvements • Recent hands-on experience implementing controls in cloud-based environments • Ability to investigate technical issues and work effectively with production-system engineers • Depth across identity, cloud or application security, detection and response, endpoint security, or software supply-chain security • Experience building or improving a security program at a growing technology company • Practical judgment about AI-enabled tools, access controls, behavior validation, and output validation • Clear communication with engineers, business leaders, customers, and providers • Helpful experience in enterprise SaaS, data infrastructure, fintech, or businesses with rigorous security requirements • Helpful experience securing AI agents, developer tooling, CI/CD, non-human identities, or third-party integrations • Helpful experience with SOC 2, customer assurance, vendor security reviews, or external security and IT providers • Location and U.S. work eligibility information required in the application; visa sponsorship status requested
