📋 Description

• Support agreement management, innovation opportunity identification, portfolio/project management, and collaboration opportunity development • Build working relationships with researchers and leadership on technology transfer matters • Draft, negotiate, and execute technology transfer agreements • Manage technology development, licensing activities, education, and outreach • Create, organize, integrate, and share data as lead knowledge manager for the RPO • Liaise with WRAIR IMD on SharePoint and information management issues • Track project completion, report progress in monthly status reports, and escalate delays • Coordinate scientific periodic reports, taskers, and responses to inquiries • Design and maintain relational MS Access databases and tracking files • Update MS Access front-end tables, links, and features; work with SQL back-end databases • Maintain datasets and databases for Technology Transfer activities, incoming funds, and electronic payments • Store artifacts in accordance with ARIMS requirements • Manage and archive Agreements Review Committee agendas, content, and minutes • Update SharePoint content and training materials; provide SharePoint 2010 and 2016 support • Complete Cyber Security Fundamentals Training • Serve as Invoice Manager and point of contact for CRADA incoming funds • Coordinate with DFAS and Resource Management to ensure prompt receipt and deposit of electronic payments • Track CRADA invoicing, accounts receivable, project income quarters, GFEBS information, and LiveLink/GEARS agreements • Support WRAIR Resource Management with RsBUX monitoring and business exchange activities • Serve as point of contact for CRADA, MTA, non-disclosure, and other agreement requests • Advise investigators and staff on technology transfer agreements and processes • Assess research efforts for commercial potential and negotiate extramural partnerships and budgets • Support Interagency Agreements with scientific content • Consult on invention disclosures and process them according to US Army policy • Evaluate technologies for Invention Evaluation Committee patentability decisions • Maintain T2 agreement and negotiation artifact files • Participate in technology transfer activities and support licensing strategies • Identify intellectual property throughout WRAIR • Conduct outreach and connect products/capabilities with WRAIR science gaps • Coordinate monthly teleconferences with WRAIR OCONUS labs • Conduct training on Technology Transfer, IP, licensing, and marketing • Conduct Staff Assistance Visits to OCONUS labs as required • Support scientific conferences and meetings by participating, presenting, or representing WRAIR activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent • Experience in a bio-medical research environment involving common research methodology • Working knowledge of GFEBS and SAS • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Outlook, and SharePoint • Candidates must be able to obtain up to a Top-Secret security clearance • In-scope Secret or Top-Secret Security Clearance preferred • Ability to travel locally and occasionally out of the area and overnight
