📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm the facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within limits of authority • Support auto claims throughout the Northeastern region • Handle claims from inception through resolution, including single-file management • Investigate coverage, liability, and damages for advanced auto claims • Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims when handled • Identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate customer service • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it • Apply increased experience at the Adjuster II level or rotate into specialty positions such as Coverage, Investigation Specialist, Total Loss, Initial Handler, or Extended Handler

🎯 Requirements

• Experience handling claims from inception through resolution, including single-file management • Strong skills in liability assessment, coverage investigation, and claim evaluation • Advanced understanding of insurance policies, industry practices, and organizational relationships • Ability to investigate coverage, liability, and damages with discretion and independence • Ability to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims, if handled • Knowledge of vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Customer service skills • Ability to determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling • Candidates residing in Eastern Time Zone states are encouraged to apply • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and may not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Work-from-home setup requires a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
