📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for basic to advanced automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within limits of authority • Partner with fraud and subrogation representatives to achieve the best outcome • Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and other potential property damage • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it • Apply intermediate understanding of company and industry insurance policies • Handle all aspects of auto claims investigations, including coverage, damages, and subrogation • Work independently without supervisory responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience conducting liability investigations, reviewing coverage, and managing claims from start to finish • Intermediate understanding of insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Ability to investigate auto claims involving coverage, damages, and subrogation with discretion and independence • Must terminate all existing insurance appointments before onboarding if currently holding an active insurance license • Must not hold any outside insurance appointments during employment • Applicants holding a resident producer license must formally surrender it when instructed by the licensing team • Authorization to work in the United States • No employer visa sponsorship • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
