📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within authority limits • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex auto claims involving attorney representation • Work directly with attorneys, claimants, and other stakeholders to achieve fair claim resolutions • Apply advanced understanding of company insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Handle all aspects of advanced auto claims with discretion and independence • Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims when handled • Recognize vehicle body parts and other potential property damage • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it • Apply increased experience at the Adjuster II level or through rotation into a specialty position • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Experience handling attorney-represented auto liability and bodily injury claims • Experience with coverage analysis and complex claim investigations • Experience negotiating settlements and resolving disputed claims • Experience with subrogation and fraud identification • Strong negotiation skills • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to independently manage complex claim files • Experience in specialty claim areas such as Coverage, Investigations, Total Loss, Initial Handling, or Extended Handling preferred • Must possess authorization to work in the United States • Individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
