📋 Description

• Investigate basic aspects of auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate customer service • Use company systems and technology to handle claims • Partner with others to determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling • Apply understanding of company insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Take ownership of claims from start to finish • Evaluate coverage, assess liability and damages, and negotiate claim resolutions within set authority

🎯 Requirements

• Strong customer service and multitasking skills • Ability to take full ownership of claims from start to finish • Organized, proactive, and highly communicative in a remote environment • Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Basic understanding of systems and technology used within the company • Basic understanding of company insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
