📋 Description

• Create comprehensive estimates of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims • Assess vehicle damage and prepare estimates in the field • Guide customers through the claims process across the San Fernando Valley • Interpret regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Negotiate settlements and make settlement payments • Document activities in complex claim files • Apply policy interpretations across all policy types • Assist leadership with formal and ad hoc training • Create estimates for material damage losses of all severities • Build relationships with internal and external customers • Serve as a peer mentor

🎯 Requirements

• Strong auto estimating experience • Auto estimating skills • CCC ONE proficiency • Customer satisfaction skills • Negotiation skills • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Applicants with an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
