📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for complex automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within limits of authority • Mentor junior employees • Drive fair and strategic subrogation recoveries • Handle most aspects of auto claims investigations, including coverage, liability, and damages • Review, evaluate, and negotiate basic injury claims when applicable • Identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Identify and meet customer needs using appropriate customer service skills • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling

🎯 Requirements

• Must investigate and confirm facts of loss for complex automobile accidents • Knowledge of subrogation and claims investigation • Understanding of insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Experience handling auto claims involving coverage, liability, and damages • Ability to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic injury claims when applicable • Ability to recognize vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Customer service skills • Ability to determine subrogation or fraud potential • Current active insurance license holders must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and may not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must surrender it when instructed by the licensing team • Authorization to work in the United States • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
