📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within authority • Apply systems and technology used within the company • Partner to determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it • Apply understanding of company insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Conduct basic investigations regarding auto claims • Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Handles auto insurance claims involving coverage, liability, and damages • Applicants must possess authorization to work in the United States • The company does not sponsor individuals for work visas • Individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding • Adjuster applicants who hold a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Skills: Auto Insurance Claims, Claims Processing, Customer Service, Documentations, Empathy, Insurance Claim Handling, Negotiation
