📋 Description

• Enter and process HVAC warranty claims for various vendors • Issue customer credits in a timely manner • Engage with customers and associates via email to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues • Offer HVAC warranty support and problem-solving assistance • Manage and adapt to increasing claim volumes while maintaining efficiency • Navigate and utilize the Ferguson computer system and case management applications
