📋 Description

• Investigate minor to moderately complex auto accidents and prepare summaries • Conduct recorded statements with claimants, insureds, and witnesses • Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages • Negotiate and settle claims according to established best practices and guidelines • Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards throughout the claim lifecycle • Collaborate with internal teams for timely, customer-focused claim handling • Document claim files with clear notes, summaries, and decision rationale • Communicate directly with claimants, insureds, and other involved parties • Resolve claims accurately and timely

🎯 Requirements

• Investigate basic and occasionally moderately complex auto claims • Evaluate coverage, determine liability, and negotiate settlements • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Employer does not sponsor individuals for work visas • Applicants who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Auto Insurance Claims • Communication • Customer Service • High Call Volume • Insurance Claim Handling • Multitasking • Task Management • Telephone Customer Service
