📋 Description

• Serve as the bridge between enterprise business needs and HR delivery • Translate strategic priorities into integrated, scalable people processes, capabilities, and experiences • Lead complex business architecture and end-to-end HR transformation efforts • Establish architecture standards and future-state roadmaps • Guide critical design decisions for evolving HR capabilities • Influence and advise senior HR and technology stakeholders on architecture and solution decisions • Lead end-to-end HR process and employee experience discovery and redesign • Develop strategy blueprints, capability maps, root cause analyses, process models, business architecture blueprints, future-state operating models, capability roadmaps, and scalable solutions • Apply Workday HCM functional and configuration expertise to evaluate requirements and solution alternatives • Collaborate with HR Technology and Service Delivery teams on streamlining, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities • Consider impacts to integrations, security, reporting, data, and downstream systems • Shape the global HR Service Delivery model across functions, technologies, and regions • Establish business architecture methodologies, design standards, and governance practices • Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation resource for complex business architecture challenges • Advise leaders on solution alternatives, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs • Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced architects • Balance global operating models with local business and employee needs • Drive improvements in effectiveness, efficiency, employee experience, and long-term HR capability maturity • Collaborate with a globally distributed team, including colleagues in India and Northern Ireland • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in HR, HR technology, business architecture, enterprise transformation, or related disciplines • 5+ years of substantial hands-on Workday HCM experience • Demonstrated experience leading complex, enterprise-scale HR transformation and business architecture initiatives involving multiple functions, systems, and stakeholders • Advanced Workday HCM expertise, including strong knowledge of Core HCM and expertise in one or more additional functional areas such as Payroll or Time Tracking • Ability to architect end-to-end business processes and future-state operating models • Experience partnering across HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, HR Technology, and Service Delivery • Experience evaluating solution alternatives and advising senior leaders on business impacts, technical constraints, dependencies, risks, and architectural tradeoffs • Experience establishing or applying business architecture principles, process standards, and governance frameworks • Ability to influence senior leadership and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience mentoring colleagues and providing expert-level guidance within globally distributed and cross-functional environments • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Required to submit to a background investigation • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Valid Photo Identification available at the start of the interview, unless an internal candidate • Preferred: participation in multiple Workday implementations, large-scale optimizations, and/or enterprise-wide HR transformation programs • Preferred: working knowledge of Workday integrations, security, reporting, and downstream system dependencies • Preferred: familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and business architecture methodologies • Preferred: ability to influence enterprise technology strategy and solution design within a complex global HR ecosystem • Preferred: practical application of automation, process simplification, and/or AI-enabled solutions to HR service delivery and employee experiences
