📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within authority • Handle basic investigations regarding auto claim coverage, liability, and damages • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • Apply a basic understanding of company systems and technology • Partner to determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling • Develop a basic understanding of company insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Guide customers through challenging situations with empathy and professionalism • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates in the Central Time Zone • Curiosity, attention to detail, and organization • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills • Willingness to handle difficult conversations • Interest in problem-solving and investigative work • Must possess authorization to work in the United States • Employer does not sponsor individuals for work visas • Individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
