📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within authority • Handle basic investigations regarding auto-claim coverage, liability, and damages • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer-service skills • Apply a basic understanding of company systems and technology • Partner to determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it • Develop a basic understanding of company insurance policies, the industry, and organizational relationships • Recognize and identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage • Gather information such as police reports and witness statements • Guide customers through challenging situations with empathy and professionalism • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements
