📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for Homeowners claims • Determine coverage and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within assigned authority levels • Manage the full lifecycle of claims, including supplements • Provide timely, clear communication to customers throughout the claims process • Partner with fraud or subrogation representatives to achieve the best outcome • Recognize key components of residential construction and repair, including structural integrity and home systems • Identify complex customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and handling approach • Handle investigations for complex Homeowners first-party claims involving coverage, damages, and subrogation with discretion and independence • No supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Property Adjuster • Proficiency in Xactimate • Strong foundation in claims handling, including supplements and full claim ownership • Experience handling claims in both field and desk settings strongly preferred • Extensive experience at the Adjuster II level or rotation into a specialty position • Advanced understanding of company-written insurance policies, the industry, and organizational relationships • Active applicable insurance licenses for eligibility for the licensing sign-on bonus • Must terminate existing insurance appointments before onboarding and must not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must surrender it when instructed by the licensing team • Must possess authorization to work in the United States • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions with appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
