📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for Homeowners claims • Determine coverage and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within assigned authority levels • Manage the full lifecycle of claims, including supplements • Provide timely, clear communication to customers throughout the claims process • Partner with assigned fraud or subrogation representatives for claims involving fraud or subrogation • Recognize and identify residential construction and repair components, including structural integrity and home systems • Identify complex customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it • Apply advanced understanding of company insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Handle investigations for complex Homeowners first-party claims involving coverage, damages, and subrogation with discretion and independence

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Property Adjuster • Proficiency in Xactimate • Strong foundation in claims handling, including supplements and full claim ownership • Strong organizational skills • Proactive approach • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment • Experience handling claims in both field and desk settings strongly preferred • Extensive experience at the Adjuster II level or rotation into a specialty position • Ability to recognize residential construction and repair components, including structural integrity and home systems • Advanced understanding of company insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Active insurance license holders must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and may not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Must possess authorization to work in the United States • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
