📋 Description

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and value delivery • Author, test, prioritize, and accept user stories • Manage and maintain the product backlog • Define and monitor metrics to measure product performance and inform strategy • Use customer insights, market analysis, and data to guide product decisions • Lead discovery, framing, prioritization, and delivery activities • Translate business problems and desired outcomes into product capabilities and delivery plans • Represent the voice of the customer through research, feedback, and validation activities • Partner across business and technology teams to deliver customer and business outcomes • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Underwriting, Pricing, Claims, Customer Experience, Marketing, Legal, State Management, and Technology • Support product launches, state expansions, pricing and underwriting enhancements, customer experience improvements, and platform modernization initiatives • Monitor delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and release readiness • Deliver enhancements improving pricing, underwriting, risk management, and customer value • Enable expansion of Property Insurance products and capabilities across target markets • No direct supervisory responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Consultant II: 3+ years of product management experience • Lead Consultant: 5+ years of product management experience • Insurance product domain expertise • Policy administration ecosystem knowledge • Demonstrated experience delivering business outcomes through a product mindset • Experience with Agile tools such as VersionOne, Agility, or similar platforms • Senior Consultant II: coaching and mentoring junior Product Managers • Lead Consultant: leadership experience including coaching and mentoring junior Product Managers • Preferred: Property & Casualty (P&C) or Property Insurance experience • Preferred: strong technical aptitude and understanding of technology concepts • Preferred: experience coaching or mentoring Product Managers • Required background investigation • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions with appropriate desk and seating when working from home • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
