📋 Description

• Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Conduct customer discovery and validate assumptions through research, experimentation, and data • Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver value • Prioritize product investments based on customer needs, business impact, and technical considerations • Define and measure product success through meaningful outcome-based metrics • Balance the needs of insurance carrier customers, operational stakeholders, and independent adjusters using the platform • Build strong relationships across business and technology teams and serve as a trusted voice for customers and the product • Shape a digital marketplace platform connecting insurance carriers with experienced independent auto adjusters who perform photo-based damage estimates

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading digital products through discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement • Strong product mindset and customer-first approach • Experience developing product strategy and managing priorities • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to partner effectively with technical teams and understand technical tradeoffs • Experience conducting customer research, validating assumptions, and measuring outcomes • Ability to navigate a large, matrixed organization while maintaining focus on customer and business value • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where curiosity, initiative, and ownership are expected • Preferred: experience with marketplace, platform, workflow, or operational products • Preferred: experience supporting multiple user personas • Preferred: familiarity with insurance, claims, estimating, workforce management, or gig-economy-style platforms • Preferred: experience working in empowered product teams emphasizing customer discovery, experimentation, and iterative learning • Background investigation required • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
