📋 Description

• Create comprehensive estimates of damages for first- and third-party material damage claims • Handle claims virtually and in the field throughout the South San Diego territory • Conduct vehicle inspections • Prepare accurate damage estimates using CCC ONE estimating software • Build relationships with internal and external customers • Apply regulatory compliance knowledge and fair claims practices • Negotiate settlements, make settlement payments, and document all activities within authority limits • Understand and process the content of company policy types • Collaborate with repair facilities and customers • Deliver excellent customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing a variety of auto claims • Experience conducting vehicle inspections • Experience using CCC ONE estimating software • Ability to prepare accurate auto damage estimates • Understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Understanding of company policy types • Proficiency in auto estimating fundamentals • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Active insurance license holders must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and cannot hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must surrender it when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
