📋 Description

• Create or audit comprehensive estimates of damages for 1st- and 3rd-party material damage claims • Lead claims to the proper disposition across auto or specialty lines • Train, mentor, control quality, and provide technical assistance on material damage claims • Manage auto collision claims and conduct vehicle inspections • Prepare accurate damage estimates using CCC ONE or similar estimating software • Negotiate settlements, make settlement payments, and document activities in complex files • Evaluate settlement alternatives for regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Build relationships with internal and external customers • Perform a blend of fieldwork, virtual claim handling, and customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred experience managing a variety of auto collision claims • Experience conducting vehicle inspections preferred • Experience using CCC ONE or similar estimating software preferred • Strong estimating fundamentals • Deep understanding of company policy types • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Active insurance license holders must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and cannot hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender it when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
