📋 Description

• Create comprehensive estimates of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims • Interpret regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Negotiate settlements, make settlement payments, and document activities in complex files • Apply mastered policy content and assist leadership with formal and ad hoc training • Create damage estimates for 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities • Build relationships with internal and external customers • Handle claims virtually and in the field • Conduct vehicle inspections and work with repair facilities and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing a variety of auto claims • Experience conducting vehicle inspections • Experience using CCC ONE or similar estimating software • Ability to prepare accurate damage estimates • Knowledge of Audatex Estimating • Knowledge of auto body repair and auto estimating • Knowledge of auto insurance claims and insurance claim handling • Active insurance license holders must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and hold no outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license seeking an adjuster role must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
