📋 Description
• Work in the field to assess vehicle damage and conduct on-site inspections • Accurately document losses and write repair estimates • Communicate clearly with customers and partners • Manage the full estimating process, including supplements and negotiations with repair facilities and other vendors
🎯 Requirements
• Prior experience in an auto field appraisal or estimating role • Hands-on experience handling initial and supplemental estimates • Experience with repair negotiations • Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software such as CCC, Audatex, or Mitchell
