📋 Description

• Evaluate and support new business opportunities, client contract renewals, pricing initiatives, and strategic partnerships • Develop financial models, pricing analyses, pro forma forecasts, and cost-benefit analyses • Analyze contract performance and identify risks, opportunities, and financial implications • Partner with sales, operations, and business leaders to support revenue growth and profitable expansion • Develop pricing recommendations and strategies balancing competitiveness with financial performance • Deliver timely and accurate financial analysis for business decisions • Identify business drivers, quantify financial impacts, evaluate assumptions, and forecast outcomes • Monitor performance and provide post-implementation analysis • Analyze trends, operational metrics, and financial performance indicators • Translate large data sets and complex financial information into actionable insights • Build partnerships across finance, sales, marketing, operations, and business leadership • Provide consultative support on revenue growth, customer acquisition, profitability, and operational performance initiatives • Support cross-functional projects requiring financial evaluation and business case development • Develop presentations, dashboards, and executive-ready materials • Create narratives connecting financial results to business strategy and operational outcomes • Present findings and recommendations to leadership audiences • Simplify complex analyses into clear insights that drive action

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Pricing, Business Analytics, Consulting, Revenue Management, Sales Finance, or a related analytical field • Experience developing financial models, business cases, forecasts, pricing analyses, or profitability assessments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills connecting financial data to business outcomes • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing decisions through data-driven recommendations • Strong communication and presentation skills tailored to different audiences • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and presentation development • Experience creating executive-level presentations and communicating complex concepts to leadership • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment • Finance background with strong business acumen and curiosity • Comfort working with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership stakeholders • Executive presence and confidence presenting recommendations • Background investigation required • Must have a dedicated, private workspace when working from home • Reliable internet required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
