📋 Description

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex first-party homeowner claims • Investigate and confirm facts of loss for complex Homeowners Claims • Determine coverage and assess damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within authority limits • Identify subrogation and fraud potential and determine appropriate handling • Partner with assigned fraud and subrogation representatives • Recognize residential construction and repair components, including structural integrity and home systems • Identify complex customer needs and provide appropriate customer service • Apply advanced understanding of company and industry insurance policies • Handle coverage, damages, and subrogation investigations with discretion and independence • Provide guidance and support to junior adjusters and specialty claim teams • Work in or rotate into specialty areas including Coverage, Investigation Specialist, Litigation, Large Loss, Water Mitigation, and Desk Review

🎯 Requirements

• Experience handling residential property claims • Experience with first-party homeowner/property claims handling • Experience in coverage analysis and complex claims investigations • Strong knowledge of residential construction and home repair • Knowledge of policy interpretation • Ability to identify subrogation and fraud potential • Experience negotiating and settling property claims • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills • Prior experience in Large Loss, Litigation, Coverage, Water Mitigation, or Desk Review preferred • Applicants must possess authorization to work in the United States • Individuals holding an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and may not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must surrender it when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
