📋 Description

• Develop overall product planning by contributing to or creating stories for complex features • Guide story development for other team members who may be learning • Organize, lead, and finalize feature review sessions for complex business issues and requirements • Document decisions resulting from feature review sessions • Coach newer team members on their features and delivery • Create functional designs using moderate technical skills to address complex business processes, issues, and product feature requirements • Configure or develop within vendor software • Review and verify operation of new vendor release features • Leverage vendor defect resolution procedures and support tools to resolve issues • Provide training for team members and users • Assist in developing team bench strength • Evaluate proposed software products against strategic corporate and vendor direction • Support planning, conduct, and review of module and integration testing • Manage issues and blockers for assigned features and product stories • Provide knowledge and support for resolving technology issues across multiple business areas • Serve as a subject matter expert in multiple processes and applications

🎯 Requirements

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) • 5 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the above education requirements • Background investigation required • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Valid Photo Identification available at the start of a virtual interview • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, cloud computing, defect resolution, ERP applications, functional designs, Google Cloud Platform, Infrastructure as Code, integration testing, issue management, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Azure DNS, Microsoft Azure Hybrid Data Integration, and Terraform
