📋 Description

• Perform loss draft and property damage requirements • Process documents • Order and review inspections • Work loss draft queues and evaluate exceptions • Support borrowers and contractors with detailed claim-file progression information • De-escalate calls and process complaints • Handle disbursement of claim funds • Receive 30–50 inbound calls daily regarding property loss payments • Assist with check endorsements, property inspections, and special requests related to insurance payouts • Track and monitor claims and ensure repairs are completed on damaged properties • Provide compassionate and professional support in sensitive situations • Accurately document call details and actions in tracking systems

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 2 years experience • Claims Processing • Cross Training • Customer Communications • Detail-Oriented • Document Validation • Must possess authorization to work in the United States • Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Residents of Puerto Rico, California, New York, Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington state are not currently eligible • Candidates in locations where the local minimum wage exceeds $19.00 per hour are not eligible
