📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for basic to advanced automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within limits of authority • Partner with fraud and subrogation representatives to achieve the best outcome • Identify customer needs and meet them using appropriate customer service skills • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling • Apply intermediate understanding of company and industry insurance policies • Investigate all aspects of auto claims, including coverage, damages, and subrogation • Exercise discretion and independence within an increased level of authority • Handle claims from initial review through resolution • Provide customer support across different claim scenarios

🎯 Requirements

• Experience handling auto liability claims • Experience conducting coverage investigations • Ability to maintain full ownership of claims from initial review through resolution • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills • Technically savvy and highly organized • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Intermediate understanding of insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Ability to recognize and identify vehicle body parts and other potential property damage • Ability to investigate coverage, damages, and subrogation with discretion and independence • Active insurance license holders must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and may not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must surrender it when instructed by the licensing team • Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided • Dedicated, private home workspace • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
