📋 Description

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for basic to advanced automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, and damages • Adjust and negotiate claims within assigned limits of authority • Support PIP claims across multiple states • Partner with fraud and subrogation representatives to achieve the best outcome • Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • Determine fraud or subrogation potential and appropriate handling • Investigate all aspects of auto claims, including coverage, damages, and subrogation, using discretion and independence within an increased level of authority • Apply understanding of company and industry insurance policies and organizational relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Detail-oriented professional • Experience and qualifications appropriate to the applicable level (Analyst II through Adjuster Sr. Cons. I) • Intermediate understanding of insurance policies, the insurance industry, and organizational relationships • Ability to investigate automobile claims, including coverage, damages, and subrogation • Ability to recognize vehicle body parts and understand potential property damage • Medical terminology knowledge • Case management, claims administration, claims resolution, and claims review skills • Customer service and customer empathy skills • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
