📋 Description

• Independently lead all aspects of multiple complex, high-risk programs or projects with significant organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies • Lead initiatives involving Personal Injury Protection and Medical Payments claim handling processes • Manage vendor relationships and oversight • Oversee the Mitchell Decision Point process • Support Decision Point technology enhancements • Manage workflow, coordinate vendors, resolve issues, and optimize processes • Motivate project participants and evaluate performance constructively • Deliver clear project communications on complicated projects and issues • Achieve project and program success factors through leadership and influence • Engage stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation • Represent projects and objectives in governance and gating forums • Customize solutions for complex enterprise-level issues • Direct project execution and provide oversight throughout the project lifecycle • Direct strategic projects and programs of high complexity and impact • Manage high-complexity projects independently • This job does not have supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• Strong project and program management expertise • In-depth knowledge of Mitchell Decision Point • Comprehensive understanding of the Decision Point process end to end, including workflow management, vendor coordination, issue resolution, and process optimization • Must submit to a background investigation • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Valid photo identification available at the start of the interview (not required for internal candidates)
