📋 Description

• Lead and perform all aspects of project delivery from project scoping and definition through successful execution and lessons learned • Serve as a go-to resource for the Project Management Department and other agency department leads • Manage a portfolio of accounts and associated programs as delivery lead and overall Project Management department leader • Conduct roadmap planning and problem solving to drive operational excellence and adherence to best practices • Lead cross-functional delivery teams and liaise with managers across departments to achieve business objectives and client satisfaction • Create and enhance processes and procedures to improve, streamline, and automate agency workflows • Enforce project standards and business management systems • Lead and mentor APMs, PMs, and SPMs; may have direct reports • Foster client relationships and represent agency operations and project management in client meetings and planning discussions • Travel to client locations as needed • Lead and contribute to launch planning roadmaps and day-of-approval plans throughout client PDUFA timeframes • Create and disseminate project burn reports • Escalate and mitigate risks collaboratively with the Account Management team • Lead and manage a portfolio of business, the Project Management team, and operational excellence • Build working relationships across agency departments, with clients, and with external partners • Manage agency workflow, client delivery, resourcing, and budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Masters-level degree a plus • Detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical brand marketing, including broadcast, print, digital, and Medical/Legal/regulatory review • 7+ years experience in project management within a healthcare agency environment • Expert skill level with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook strongly preferred • Expert skill level with MS Project or other project plan software, such as Smartsheet, strongly preferred • Expert skill level with production tools and proprietary software, including Egnyte, JIRA, Asana, Content Management Systems, and online routing, strongly preferred • Excellent knowledge of the web and related technologies, including user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management, and hosting, strongly preferred • Strong experience with traditional/non-digital and digital campaigns, including sites, digital experiences, and email, strongly preferred • Excellent experience with agile, hybrid, and waterfall project methodologies • Expert project management skills, including schedule development, management, monitoring, and oversight • Strong knowledge of agency workflow and financial management • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Expert ability to work independently and identify, analyze, and resolve problems related to agency workflow, client delivery, resourcing, and budget management • Expert decision-making skills • Strong management and leadership skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
