📋 Description

• Investigate and evaluate homeowners property claims from start to finish • Confirm facts of loss, determine coverage, assess damages, and negotiate settlements within assigned authority • Manage the entire claim lifecycle, including supplements, Additional Living Expense (ALE) claims, contents, and personal property losses • Work closely with customers, contractors, and other partners to handle claims accurately and efficiently • Deliver excellent customer service through clear, timely communication • Apply increased experience at the Adjuster II level or rotate into specialty positions such as Coverage, Investigation Specialist, Litigation, Large Loss, Water Mitigation, or Desk Review • Partner with assigned fraud or subrogation representatives to achieve the best outcome • Recognize key components of residential construction and repair, including structural integrity and home systems • Identify complex customer needs and address them using appropriate customer service skills • Determine subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle it • Handle complex Homeowners first-party claims involving coverage, damages, and subrogation with discretion and independence

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Property Adjuster located in either the Central or Eastern time zone • Proficiency in Xactimate • Strong foundation in claims handling, including supplements, ALE, contents, and full claim ownership • Strong organizational skills and proactive approach • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment • Experience handling claims in both field and desk settings strongly preferred • Active adjuster license or a license qualifying for reciprocity in applicable states strongly preferred • Authorization to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas • Individuals holding an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and may not hold outside appointments during employment • Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team • Dedicated, private home workspace free from distractions • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
