📋 Description

• Provide basic to moderately complex analytical support to various areas of the organization • Support team business processes and maintain Allstate tools and rates to ensure accuracy • Create, update, and maintain aspects of Allstate rating plans, rating tools, and ratemaking tools • Partner with customers to gather requirements or locate information for basic to moderate complexity processes • Respond to customer questions and independently perform ad-hoc data requests • Perform testing and documentation, verify quality through applications and review processes, and identify and communicate data inconsistencies • Coordinate requirements across disciplines, provide formal documentation when needed, and develop recommended plans and timelines • Provide guidance for projects involving state regulatory environments and specific regulations • Make daily decisions to meet accuracy standards and resolve basic data issues • Investigate and propose process improvements that yield efficiency gains

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience (preferred) • Analytical support skills • Data analysis skills • Data validation skills • Documentation skills • Microsoft Excel proficiency • Ability to work from home with a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions • Appropriate desk and seating for home working • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Must submit to a background investigation • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
