📋 Description

• Translate Adobe Analytics and enterprise sales data into actionable insights and recommendations • Analyze the end-to-end digital shopping and conversion funnel to identify performance drivers and friction points • Develop and maintain scalable analytics and reporting solutions, including Power BI dashboards • Partner with business and product teams to develop hypotheses, define measurement approaches, and evaluate digital shopping experience changes • Measure the impact of projects, experiments, and business initiatives against established KPIs • Communicate insights and recommendations to management • Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Technology/IT, Finance, and other stakeholders • Identify opportunities, challenge assumptions with data, improve analytical processes, and influence business and digital strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of data and analytics experience • Advanced quantitative and analytical skills • Proficient in SQL • Experience in Microsoft Fabric • Experience with programming languages such as Python and R • Data visualization experience, preferably Power BI • Experience building dashboards, reports, alerts, and business-ready metrics • Experience analyzing journeys, conversion behavior, campaign effectiveness, and optimization opportunities • Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics • Ability to define measurement plans, key performance indicators, and tracking requirements • Ability to design and lead complex analysis using sound decision-making and problem-solving approaches • Strong presentation skills, including persuasive presentations to management • Ability to support data governance, privacy, security, and compliance practices • Required to submit to a background investigation • Must have a dedicated, private workspace when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
